This is my flawless recipe for mint jelly! I hope it helps! After you make it once, you can adjust it to suit your taste (ie more mint, less sugar, etc.). This recipe uses no apple "juice", and is simple, but delicious! I apologize for the camera being a little shaky! It was a challenge to film AND make the jelly at the same time! :-) Enjoy!
